Ptfe coated woven Wire Mesh is Coated With Fine teflon resin

Short Description:

PTFE the full name is Polytetrafluoroethylene.Generally shortened to Teflon, PTFE. PTFE is also generally called “non stick coating” or “easy to clean materials”. It is a synthetic polymer material that uses fluorine to replace all hydrogen atoms in polyethylene. This material has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, its friction coefficient is extremely low, so it can be used for lubrication, and also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of the wok and the inner layer of water pipes.

Feature

It can be continuously used at 260 ℃, with the highest service temperature of 290-300 ℃, extremely low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability.

application

PTFE coating can be applied to metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium and various alloys, as well as non-metallic materials such as glass, glass fiber and some rubber plastics.

Feature

1. Non adhesion: The coating surface has very low surface tension, so it shows very strong non adhesion. Very few solid substances can stick to the coating permanently. Although colloidal substances may adhere to their surfaces to some extent, most materials are easy to clean on their surfaces.

2. Low friction coefficient: Teflon has the lowest friction coefficient among all solid materials, which ranges from 0.05 to 0.2, depending on the surface pressure, sliding speed and coating applied.

3. Moisture resistance: the coating surface has strong hydrophobicity and oil repellency, so it is easier to clean thoroughly. In fact, in many cases the coating is self-cleaning.

4. And extremely high surface resistance. After special formula or industrial treatment, it can even have certain conductivity, and can be used as an anti-static coating.

5. High temperature resistance: The coating has extremely strong high temperature resistance and fire resistance, which is due to the high melting point and spontaneous ignition point of Teflon, as well as the unexpectedly low thermal conductivity. The maximum working temperature of Teflon coating can reach 290 ° C, and the intermittent working temperature can even reach 315 ° C.

6. Chemical resistance: Generally, Teflon ® Not affected by chemical environment. Up to now, only molten alkali metals and fluorinating agents at high temperatures are known to affect Teflon R.

7. Low temperature stability: Many Teflon industrial coatings can withstand severe absolute zero without loss of mechanical properties.
