Titanium mesh can be used in high temperature resistant filter, shipbuilding, military manufacturing, chemical filter, mechanical filter, electromagnetic shielding mesh, seawater desalination filter, high temperature electric furnace heat treatment tray, petroleum filter, food processing, medical filtration, skull repair industries such as surgery.

Compared with other materials, the material of titanium mesh is harder, and its specific gravity is lighter. Generally, the round hole shape of the titanium plate is used for three-dimensional surgery, and the diamond-shaped stretching hole of the titanium plate is used for four-dimensional surgery.

Proprietary aqueous solution titanium-based platinum electroplating process, the platinum coating has a compact structure and a bright silvery white appearance. It has the characteristics of high anode discharge current density and long service life. Compared with other titanium-based platinum coating processes, the titanium-based platinum plating process deposits a layer of pure platinum coating on the surface of titanium, while the titanium-based platinum coating process coats a layer of platinum-containing compounds on the titanium base. After high-temperature sintering, a layer of platinum-containing oxide is formed on the surface of titanium, which has a loose structure, high resistivity, and high consumption rate during electrolysis.
